Rosa Katzenelson interprets cultural heritage interacting with the modern era through her expressionist paintings and installations. Her animated brushwork depicts forms with suggestive use of color in concentrated strokes. In our fragmented reality the abstract emerges from the figure or the form developed from the unknown.
